Jill Harris is a leading Pilates instructor in San Francisco, offering Pilates instruction and personal training to a wide variety of clientele at her Hayes Valley Studio, Informed Body. In 1996, Jill received her classical Pilates certification from Body Kinetics in San Francisco. She continues to incorporate classical Pilates with elements of personal training, dance conditioning, massage and alternative physical therapy. Her goal is to keep her clients strong, healthy and pain free.
In 2007, Jill authored and published the “5 Guide” to provide current and prospective clients with health tips to lead a long, healthy, injury free life. Jill believes an Informed Body is one who moves with purpose and conviction, is aware of its movement through space and does so with grace and ease.
